Mix the Hot Club of Paris with the sweaty soul of Dixieland, a couple blades of bluegrass, a pinch of ragtime beat, and a western swinging swagger and you’ve just conjured the sound of The Appleseed Collective.

sat, may 4, 9:30pm:  shane

Shane D. Wilson is an “amazing performer with unique interpretations on standard jazz, classic country, folk, rock, and pop standards.” Shane is a bodacious “singer/songwriter and guitarist who can rock you back like an atom bomb, only to be reeled back in with the seductiveness of the serpent in the garden of Eden.” From New Orleans to New England and across the US, Shane has  garnered fans of all ages at Jazz Festivals, Music Festivals, TV spots, Concerts, Internationally renowned resorts, Off-Broadway revues, and local establishments, while sharing the stage with Noel “Paul” Stookey (Peter Paul and Mary),Cheryl Wheeler, Chris Williamson, Lee Greenwood (Duke Ellington), Trombone Shorty, Tracey Chapman, Kitty Wells, and many more. With a robust vocal range, vast playlist (Patsy Cline, Nat King Cole, Diane Schuur, Steppenwolf, Doors, ELP, Ella Fitzgerald, Carole King, James Taylor, Al Green, Beatles, Nina Simone, Johnny Mathis, CSNY, Bill Withers, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, …..) and a mojo that exudes vocal nuance, you “can listen to Shane all night long.” “Every song Shane plays, is the song you would have asked for, if only you had thought to request it.!”
